Incite Fiber Dosing System is your solution to efficient concrete production with fiber. The Fiber Doser is a vibrating unit with a tray, a weighing control unit  with control load cell signals. 

Fibers are added to the concrete mix via a conveyor belt either directly into the mixer truck or central mixer, or dosed on to the aggregate belt, feeding the mixer truck or central mixer. Glued or loose steel fibers can be used as well as polypropylene fibers.

For vertical use transport steel fiber elevator is used. For multiple use in different locations a container system is another option. The container can easily be moved from one location to another to allow multiple plants to utilize the same fiber doser.
