The
Inventure Heating System is an effective alternative for
heating aggregate during the winter season. The heated air
is distributed to the aggregate through a system of diffusers.
Using hot air reduces corrosion in the hoppers.
The
aggregate will be heated and dried at the same time. This
will solve the problems with
aggregate handling and maintaining concrete quality as well
as temperature and slump control.
Almost 100%
of the air is evenly distributed to the aggregates making
the system very efficient. By having a more uniform moisture
content in the sand and better slump control, concrete
quality control can be obtained and maintained.
